Consumer Protection Department Website Redesign
Serving over 10 million residents, the LA County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs sought an overhaul of their website to accommodate the addition of COVID-related programs and reorganize navigation paths to better serve consumers, businesses and tenants. This involved significantly changing elements like the content, structure, and visual aesthetic of the previous iteration.
Led redesign of landing pages for a LA County department in order to improve the organization of resources and user experience. Managed contract and design iteration phases.
